How we solve customer's problems through PC Diagnostics
MPC Electronics' computer technicians encounter all sorts of PC's in a daily basis, and getting a high-end gaming PC might be one of them, like the picture above. We test memory, hard drive, motherboard, the power supply, the CPU, and the video card separately to quarantine the problem to a simple answer. In this peculiar case with this gaming computer, we found out that the video card was bad, and that it needed to be replaced. Also the tube that comes from the CPU to the video card was oddly bent, telling us that the flow of the cooling liquid was not appropriately passing through, so we think that the video card burnt out on the process. This doesn't happen often, but there is a possibility that it might occur.
All other tests passed according to our tools that we use to diagnose hardware, and this PC had a bad video card. Our customer was happy to know the answer, and he now knows what to do with his computer.
